Our Service:
We are a boutique shop based in the tiny Fishing Village of Mousehole, Cornwall.  Our small but perfectly formed shop stocks work from local, UK and Worldwide Artists.  We ensure all our products are not only well made, but made sustainably and ethically.  Due to the size of our store room and the type of artists we work with, we do not bulk buy so please be patient with our stock levels as we always aim to fulfil any orders or requests made of us. 

Artist Made Products:
Some of our ranges are originals.  If you have seen a piece on the website or in our shop but missed purchasing it please contact us, most of our artists will look to create another for a customer, though it wouldn’t be identical it would be close.  Alternatively if you’ve seen a piece but would like it smaller/larger/different colour etc. please let us know and we will liaise with the artist to make the perfect piece for you. 

Gift Wrapping:
If your purchase is a gift and you would like it sent direct, please let us know and we will wrap the item in tissue paper like a gift and ensure no prices are included anywhere.  This service is FOC.

Postage & Packing
We try and keep our carriage rates as competitive and fair as possible. Gifts require careful packaging and we take time to make sure your items are forwarded on to you in a secure and competent fashion. We mainly use Royal Mail or Delivery Couriers as this enables us to keep the cost of carriage at a more economic level to you.

Postage & Packing Charges for Mainland UK for an item or order are as follows:

Up to £50 cost £4.95
£50.01 to £150 cost £6.95
£150.01 and upwards free

We are able deliver to EU countries at present, until we leave the EU – however due to the restrictions on size and weight please either contact us before placing your order, so we can arrange to confirm your postage costs or place your order and we will contact you with the extra postage costs if there are any.

Buying from Coast
Ordering from Coast Interior Accessories Online is safe and easy. Simply browse our products, add items you wish to purchase to your shopping basket and check out via our secure PayPal checkout. You do not need a PayPal Account to Checkout, we simply use PayPal to manage our payments.  Once you have Proceeded to Checkout Click on the yellow PayPal button (you will note it states above you do not need an account) – this will take you to a PayPal Login screen, you will see ‘Log in’ highlighted in a blue box, ignore this and below this you will see it states ‘Or Pay By Debit or Credit Card’ – simply click on this and it will take you to a guest checkout page.  You can also call us at Coast during shop opening hours, via Email at, via Facebook or Instagram for friendly, helpful service. Through PayPal checkout we accept payment by Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Delta, Switch. (A PayPal account is not required).

All prices on the website are inclusive of VAT at 20%.

Our deliveries are usually 3-5 working days, but sometimes they can take longer depending on the courier service we use or if you have purchased an artist piece made to order. If you wish to receive your order urgently or next day, please contact us and let us know and we can advise if this is possible and if so arrange a faster service and advise if there are any extra delivery costs.

If you decide to return your purchased items we will accept returns within 7 days of delivery to you. If you wish to post them back, once we receive the item/s back in perfect condition, we will refund the full amount excluding any postage and packing costs. Please note that our postage and carriage rates out to you can sometimes exceed the price we have charged you and these will be deducted at cost to us from any refund. In the event that you have received free carriage due to the size of your order, the postage we charge you will again be what we have paid at cost. Goods should be returned in original packaging and in the same condition despatched to you. We recommend you return goods by registered post as we will not be responsible for goods lost or damaged in transit. Postage will be refunded only if goods are faulty or an error has been made on our part.
 Please note Face-Masks and Earrings cannot be returned for health and safety reasons. Also credit notes only will be issued for Artist Made items. 

Security & Privacy
Coast uses PayPal to process credit and debit card transactions. Coast does not store your card details.
